The Effect of Green Human Resources Management Practices on Employees’ Affective Commitment and Work Engagement: The Moderating Role of Employees’ Biospheric Value

Organizational Sustainability is an increasingly important movement in the business world because of its social impact and also for obligations imposed by state agendas programs global entities, such as United Nations. At forefront a Human Resources function, given boundary activities with several critical internal external stakeholders. The term Green Resource Management (GHRM) has been used to describe people management focus on green issues. main objective this research was explore relationship between personal values associated sustainable behaviors (altruistic, biospheric, egoistic, hedonic values), organizational outcomes engagement commitment, GHRM. A questionnaire prepared collect 532 responses from employees various organizations. Results show that four only biospheric one moderates GHRM practices affective commitment so HRM stronger when score higher. This finding, it shows value biosphere, effect work than other matters.
